Delivering infrastructure demands precision and coordination. At Boulevard Retail Park in Peterborough, Moreco is bringing forward an ultra-rapid EV charging hub designed to integrate seamlessly within its surroundings.

The site was acquired by Moreco in April 2025, with planning approval secured in November 2025. A key focus throughout the design process was protecting the existing ecology and mature landscaping. The scheme was carefully configured to avoid disturbance to established habitats, reflecting Moreco’s commitment to responsible infrastructure delivery.

The development will be delivered for one of Moreco’s selected charge point operators and will remain part of Moreco's portfolio of strategically located EV assets.

 

Construction is scheduled to commence with a 12-week build programme, delivered in coordination with proactive grid planning and early technical due diligence. This ensures infrastructure works remain aligned with programme timelines and cost controls. The scheme is programmed for completion in Q3 2026, utilising Moreco’s trusted ICP and civil engineering partners to deliver a high-quality charging hub with integrated canopy and grid infrastructure.

Upon completion, the Peterborough hub will expand access to reliable EV charging in the region and will remain part of Moreco’s long-term portfolio.
